She works hard and looks out for your interest. If she is unsure of something she will find out the answer for you. She is local and knows the island and where to look for the perfect home. In my situation we were selling a home and had a buyer within 72 hours after being put on the market. She always kept us up to date on any legalities that arose with the sale of the home and helped us to get issues resolved. She would bring paperwork to our home that needed to be looked over or anything that needed to be signed.
